About
Welcome to the Stradbroke Village Digital Archive.
This is an amazing archive gathered over 14 years by the Stradbroke Local History Group.
All items available for you to view on this site have been donated by local residents as a resource for current and future generations of Stradbroke residents and others with an interest in the lives of people in Stradbroke over years gone by. In many cases they are personal memories and family connections and we ask whoever views and shares them respects this.
As such, The Stradbroke Village Digital Archive is for use under license.
This is known as CC BY-NC-ND
This license allows you to download our works/media and share them with others as long as you credit this website ("Stradbroke Village Digital Archive - www.stradbrokearchive.org.uk" ), but you can’t change them in any way or use them commercially.
Please let us know by email if you intend to embed more than one or two of the resources from the Stradbroke Village Digital Archive on the internet (eg your own website). We'd love to see your website too!
