In Memory of Private Arthur Norman of the 2nd Btn. Norfolk Regiment who died on 2nd May 1916.

Arthur Norman was born in Stradbroke 1882 to Robert and Mary Ann Norman. The 1901 census shows that his father was a Farm Labourer. By 1911 Arthur had married Kate Larter and was now a Farm Labourer himself. Later in 1911,1913, and 1915 the couple had their three children Arthur, Edith and William. Arthur jnr died during WW2 and is also remembered with honour on the Stradbroke War Memorial.
